Abstract submission is now open!
All participants are invited to submit abstracts for presentation at the upcoming 74th Annual Meeting of the ESCVS 2026. Please read the following guidelines carefully before submission.

General instructions

The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts must be written in English.

For all authors, please provide the family name preceded by the initial(s), along with their institutional affiliation.

A maximum of 10 authors is allowed per abstract.

Registration and participation in the conference is mandatory for presenting authors of accepted abstracts

Abstracts must be submitted online via the abstract submission portal. Submissions by e-mail, post, or other means will not be accepted.

Abstract submission deadline
For Presenters

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee following the submission deadline.

Abstracts will be evaluated based on scientific merit, originality, relevance, and clarity of presentation

Following the abstract review process, authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection, as well as the assigned presentation format (oral or e-poster).

To avoid any technical or formatting issues, presenters are kindly requested to use the official conference templates for both oral and poster presentations.
